Berks Gymnastics is looking for dedicated, skilled, and enthusiastic Competitive Team Coaches to lead and inspire our athletes at various levels. What You'll Do As a Competitive Gymnastics Coach , you'll play an essential role in training and supporting athletes in Developmental Program (DP) Levels 2-10 and/or Xcel Silver-Diamond .
Responsibilities include:
Coaching competitive gymnasts at advanced levels in line with USAG standards Jumping in to assist with other groups or levels to support the overall team and gym community Designing and executing structured, progressive training plans focused on skill development, conditioning, flexibility, and routine mastery Providing clear, positive, and constructive feedback to help athletes grow in confidence and performance Ensuring a safe training environment through proper spotting and safety protocols Traveling with the team to local, regional, and national competitions Collaborating with fellow coaches to maintain a consistent coaching philosophy and track athlete progress Communicating openly with gymnasts, parents, and the coaching team Staying up to date on USAG rules, technical updates, and competition requirements Who You Are We're seeking a coach who brings a blend of technical expertise, positivity, and professionalism: Proven experience coaching competitive gymnasts at DP and/or Xcel levels Strong technical knowledge in skills, drills, progressions, and routines Confident in spotting advanced-level skills safely Committed to creating a positive, disciplined, and encouraging team culture Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated to build something special with us Excellent communicator who values collaboration with both athletes and parents Current USA Gymnastics (USAG) certification required Why You'll Love Coaching With Us Opportunity to work with a talented and kindhearted group of athletes in a supportive, growth-focused environment Collaborative, team-oriented culture with passionate coaches Travel opportunities to competitions at local, regional, and national levels Professional development and continuing education encouraged Competitive pay and growth opportunities within the program Apply Today If you're ready to bring your skills, experience, and passion to a growing program, we'd love to meet you.
