Job Overview Do you love teaching others how to swim and have 3+ years of experience helping swimmers grow their skills and confidence? Hudson Valley Swim has been teaching students of all ages—starting at just 4 months old—since 2003, and we're looking for an exceptional instructor to join our West Chester, PA team. About the Role We're hiring a year‑round, part‑time Swim Instructor for our indoor facility. This role is perfect for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about creating a positive learning environment for every swimmer. What You'll Bring 3+ years of swim instruction experience across all age groups: infants, toddlers, youth, adults, and swimmers with special needs Experience leading small group classes Strong teaching skills, professionalism, punctuality, and excellent communication WSI certification is a plus, but hands‑on experience matters most Willingness to participate in hands‑on training with our Head Instructor until you're fully confident teaching independently Ability to pass a background check Schedule & Availability Flexible part‑time hours Evening and weekend shifts available If you're excited to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, professional environment, we'd love to meet you. Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
