• Spectrum High School Spectrum High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our Clay Targetprogram as the Head Coach.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated student-athletes, build a competitive team, and contribute to the overall development of our Clay Target program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Varsity team.
• Develop and implement training plans, strategies, and game tactics.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment focused on skill development, sportsmanship, and academic success.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff.
• Organize and oversee team practices, games, and competitions.
• Promote a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and respect within the program.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the sport.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate athletes to achieve their best both on and off the court.
• Must pass all required background checks and meet any additional district-specific requirements.
