Experienced Recreational Gymnastics Coach

We are a high quality gymnastics program located in Concord, VA, and are currently seeking new staff for our growing recreational programs. We are just 15 minutes from Liberty University, and are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced Recreational Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team. At Balance, we believe gymnastics should help kids build skills, confidence, and character. Our classes focus on creating a fun, positive, and structured environment where athletes can grow both their gymnastics skills and their character. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and can lead engaging classes that keep kids active, learning, and excited to come back each week. Previous experience working with children is a plus. Previous experience as a gymnast/gymnastics coach or cheerleader with tumbling experience is preferred. We are currently looking for applicants who are able to work the whole year. Come join our team! '
