Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Gymnastics Team Coach and ignite the passion for gymnastics in aspiring athletes! In this paid role, you will lead, motivate, and develop gymnasts across various competitive skill levels, fostering a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment. Your energy and expertise will inspire confidence, teamwork, and excellence as you guide athletes through skill development, routines, and competitions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young athletes' lives while honing your coaching skills in a family like community. Duties Implement or create lesson plans for developmental and/or Xcel levels. Lead warm-ups, drills, routines, and conditioning sessions to improve strength, flexibility, and technique Provide clear instruction on gymnastics skills, safety procedures, and proper use of equipment Monitor athlete progress regularly and adjust training plans to meet individual goals Foster a positive team environment by encouraging sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding athlete development, behavior management, and upcoming events Requirements Proven experience working with children in sports or physical education settings Strong background in gymnastics coaching or sports-specific training instruction Experience with behavior management techniques to motivate and discipline young athletes Excellent communication skills for client communication with parents and team members Ability to demonstrate leadership in team settings while maintaining a fun yet disciplined atmosphere Join us to inspire the next generation of gymnasts! Pay:
$12.00 - $18.00 per hour
