Job Description

Summary The facilitator will be responsible for leading and delivering the Strengthening Families Program (SFP), a proven, evidence-based program designed to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and promote healthy family dynamics. The facilitator will work with families to provide support, education, and resources in a group setting, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. The SFP Facilitator will lead a key group (parent, youth, childcare) for a 2.5-hour session once a week for an 11-week program cycle between 5:30 - 8:30 pm. The SFP Facilitator will be provided with a curriculum to follow. SFP program will be provided in Beaufort, Bluffton, and Jasper areas. Job Responsibilities
  • Attend two-day training for SFP model - dates to be determined
  • Prepare and organize all materials for weekly sessions according to session requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate weekly SFP sessions.
  • Assist the SFP Coordinator with weekly sessions.
  • Track and report on weekly sessions. Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in the human service field or school related duties
  • Knowledge regarding child development, behavior management, group dynamics, and basic parenting skills.
  • Ability to be a positive role model for families.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, written, and public speaking skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and have clean background/clearances.

Salary:
Starting at $70 per session/$770 per cycle based on qualifications and experience
