Duties Design and implement comprehensive soccer training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels, emphasizing technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning Lead engaging practice sessions that incorporate drills, exercises, and game strategies to improve player performance Provide clear instruction on sports-specific techniques while maintaining a fun and motivating atmosphere Monitor player progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior management among players during practices and matches Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff to ensure alignment on training goals and player development plans Qualifications Proven experience in soccer coaching or sports coaching experience with a strong understanding of soccer fundamentals Background in sports team leadership, teaching, or working with children in physical activity settings Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction techniques for youth athletes Certifications in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and child safety are highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with players, parents, and team members Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering an inclusive team environment Embark on this rewarding journey as a Technical Soccer Coach—where your passion for sport meets the opportunity to shape confident athletes!
