Required :
Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred:
At least two (2) years of Gymnastics Coaching Experience. Experience as a competitive gymnast or competitive gymnastics coach. Duties include, but are not limited to: Ensure Students Well-Being & Safety. Attend/Manage All Practices & Competitions. Assist with Roster Development and Try-Outs. Provide Guidance to Club Executive Officers. Comply to University Student Organization and Club Gymnastics League Rules & Regulations. Temporary staff position. (TP0743/NS01458P). Pay is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Work days and hours vary. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university. Knowledge and understanding of Gymnastics competitions. Leadership, Skill Development, and Positivity. Subject to Drug/Alcohol Testing Guidelines No Subject to Credit Check No Working Conditions This work requires a person be able to position self to observe and evaluate gymnastics skills and routines. The person in this position must be able to commit to attend all scheduled practices and games. This position communicates with students to provide instructions, respond to club inquiries, and advise CCU administrators of safety concerns/issues. The person in this position needs to adapt to workplace stressors such as student complaints, competing priorities of reasonable or high significance to the successful function of the team.
