Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Power House instructor, who will be responsible for providing engaging training experiences for players and parents, and thrives in a fast-paced people-filled setting. Our goal at The Power House is to provide a quality training & teaching environment to enhance the softball and baseball experience for players of all skill levels. We have a variety of product offerings including private lessons, cage rentals, camps, clinics, and HitTrax technology.
Role Scope & Responsibilities:
Create engaging training experiences to retain and grow client base Build and maintain long term relationships with players, parents and coaches Develop instructional evaluation processes and tailor training plans to meet the needs of new and existing clients Uphold our commitment to maintain a clean and clutter-free, friendly, well-maintained and visually appealing environment Uphold our core values of excellence, integrity, innovation and community Adhere to safety protocols and facility policies
Qualifications:
Collegiate playing experience & passion for softball or baseball Prior experience providing private, one-on-one training sessions is preferred Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients & staff Ability to work afternoons and evenings, including weekends Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds
Schedule:
Part time or full time options Weekend and/or weeknight availability Set your own hours & schedule
