This role is ideal for coaches who value community, high standards, and helping members reach their full potential.

Role Overview:

Performance Coaches are responsible for delivering high-energy, results-driven training sessions while serving as ISI Elite Brand Ambassadors. Coaches work directly with the Head Performance Coach (HPC) to uphold programming standards, ensure safety, and drive member engagement, utilization, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching & Session Delivery Lead by example by living a healthy, active lifestyle and performing movements as coached Maintain a consistently high-energy, motivating, and professional presence on the floor Enforce proper form, function, and safe movement patterns for all exercises and modifications Create and play appropriate, high-energy playlists that enhance the workout experience Prepare for each session at least 30 minutes prior, including reviewing the workout, member goals, and fitness history Greet every member and potential member by name as they enter the facility or workout area Participate in a minimum of 2 ISI Johns Island training sessions per week Member Experience & Growth Support new member intros and work toward a defined intro-to-membership closing percentage goal Drive strong member utilization, ensuring members consistently attend and engage with sessions Celebrate member milestones, birthdays, and achievements to foster community and accountability Engage with members on social media by capturing class content and promoting studio culture Team Collaboration & Operations Work directly with the Head Performance Coach (HPC) and attend all required programming meetings Complete all opening and closing shift cleaning and operational responsibilities Participate in challenges, and any seasonal or special studio events Adhere to all ISI Elite Training policies, including the Social Media Policy provided by the HPC Standards & Accountability Maintain current and up-to-date fitness certifications as required Successfully complete ISI Coach Training and pass all required evaluations prior to leading sessions Pass the monthly 30-point checklist and HPC evaluation in alignment with corporate standards
