This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop competitive volleyball teams, foster teamwork, and promote healthy physical activity within a vibrant educational environment. As a key leader, you will be responsible for planning practices, developing game strategies, and cultivating a positive team culture rooted in sportsmanship and personal growth. Duties Design and implement comprehensive training plans to improve players' skills, teamwork, and game understanding. Lead team practices, ensuring they are engaging, organized, and aligned with overall athletic goals. Develop game strategies, analyze opponents' strengths and weaknesses, and make real-time decisions during competitions. Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players and staff. Coordinate with club directors and other coaches to ensure player safety and compliance with regulations. Oversee recruitment efforts to attract talented student-athletes and promote volleyball within community. Promote athlete development by integrating life skills such as leadership, behavior management, and goal setting into coaching sessions. Experience Head Coaches - Proven experience coaching club or school volleyball with demonstrated success in team development. Assistant Coaches - experience playing volleyball at a high level in a club, high school or college. Background in sports coaching with knowledge of volleyball techniques, rules, and game strategies. Experience working with students in educational or extracurricular settings, including teaching physical education or related activities. Strong skills in behavior management to motivate students while maintaining discipline during practices and competitions.
