Job Description Sweat Republic is seeking an energetic, passionate, and team oriented Group Fitness Instructor to join our growing coaching team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high energy environment, loves building relationships with members, and is committed to delivering an exceptional fitness experience every class. At Sweat Republic, our coaches do more than lead workouts. They motivate, educate, and create a welcoming community for members of all fitness levels. The ideal candidate is confident leading group classes, knowledgeable in fitness and movement, adaptable with modifications, and excited to be part of a strong studio culture. Responsibilities Lead engaging, high energy group fitness classes Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and coaching cues throughout workouts Offer exercise modifications and alternatives for injuries or limitations Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive class environment Maintain member safety while ensuring proper form and technique Assist with workout creation and programming ideas when needed Operate music and class technology using mobile devices Capture occasional photos and videos for social media and member engagement Assist with equipment set up and break down depending on shift needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment Build strong relationships with members and contribute to member retention Work collaboratively with coaches and staff to maintain a positive team atmosphere Confidently discuss membership options and help prospective members find the best fit. Conduct studio tours and convert trial guests into members. Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person. Comfortably overcome sales objections with confidence, professionalism, and empathy. Meet individual and team sales goals through consistent outreach and member engagement. Qualifications Current Group Fitness Certification and or Personal Training Certification required Current CPR and AED Certification required Knowledge of fitness principles, exercise technique, and anatomy Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently lead and project in a group setting Comfortable using mobile devices, music platforms, and social media applications Ability to adapt workouts for varying fitness levels and physical limitations Dependable, professional, and punctual Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Team oriented mindset with a passion for helping others Previous coaching or group fitness experience preferred Experience with social media content creation is a plus What We Offer Supportive and energetic team environment Flexible part time scheduling Complimentary studio membership and perks applicable Schedule Part time Morning, evening, and weekend availability preferred
