Job Description

The Canton School District is seeking a Head Volleyball Coach to lead and develop the high school volleyball program.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all aspects of the volleyball program Plan and run practices, games, and team activities Develop athletes' skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship Supervise assistant coaches and support program alignment Communicate with players, parents, and school staff Promote a positive team culture and represent the school in the community Ensure compliance with school and athletic association policies
Qualifications:
Knowledge of volleyball fundamentals and coaching strategies Strong leadership and communication skills Previous coaching or playing experience preferred How to
