Job Description

The Contracted Assistant Coach will assist the head coach with individual participants and the sports team. Responsible for helping each student participating in sports achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline, sportsmanship, and an increased level of self-esteem and awareness of the importance of teamwork in attaining common goals. This Part-Time position will work no more than 29.5 hours per week during the sports season and

include benefits. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Coaching experience in this specific sport is preferred. Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
