Job Description
Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Recreational Gymnastics Coach to join our team at MJ Elite Gymnastics! In this role, you will lead fun, safe, and engaging classes for kids of all ages, teaching foundational gymnastics skills while helping athletes build confidence, strength, and teamwork. If you are passionate about working with children and creating a positive, memorable experience, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Plan and lead gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels. Ensure the safety of all participants during classes and activities. Demonstrate proper gymnastics techniques and skills. Encourage and motivate students to achieve their personal best. Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment. Qualifications Previous gymnastics coaching or teaching experience preferred. Knowledge of basic gymnastics skills and safety practices. Ability to work with children in a positive and supportive manner. Strong communication and teamwork skills. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
