• 9U, 11U, 12U, & 14U (Fall 2026 Season) The Boys Travel Baseball
• Nashville, TN The Boys Travel Baseball is seeking experienced and passionate Head Coaches for our 9U, 11U, 12U, and 14U teams for the Fall 2026 season.

We are a growing, values-driven travel baseball organization focused on player development, accountability, hustle, and keeping the love of the game strong. Our program emphasizes fairness, professional coaching standards, and building strong character both on and off the field.

Position Details Positions Available:

Head Coach for 9U, 11U, 12U, and 14U teams

Season:

Fall 2026 (September

• November) with continued development into Spring 2027

Location:

Nashville / Middle Tennessee area (local tournaments) Key Responsibilities Lead all team practices, workouts, and development sessions Schedule and coach 6 tournaments between September 5th and November 15th, 2026 Conduct a minimum of one organized team development session or practice per week after the fall season ends through the start of spring (with reasonable holiday breaks) Develop players fundamentally and mentally while maintaining a positive, competitive team culture Communicate effectively with players and parents Requirements Significant playing experience (high school, college, or professional preferred) Proven experience coaching travel/select baseball and developing young players Current or recent college players are strongly encouraged to apply Must be able to schedule and commit to 6 fall tournaments Willing and able to run weekly development sessions outside of the fall season
