Lipscomb Academy Freshman Boys Basketball Head Coach:

Teach and reinforce fundamental basketball skills, including ball handling, shooting, footwork, passing and defensive techniques Plan and conduct structured practices that emphasize fundamentals and team concepts Evaluate player progress and offer constructive feedback for improvement Maintain the highest order of professionalism and display the highest level of ethical and moral behavior at all times, including building positive relationships with athletes, coaches, parents, and the community Guide student-athletes in learning appropriate sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic, personal responsibility, and competitiveness Help create a Christ-centered environment and team culture of service to others that reflects the Lipscomb Academy Mission Statement Other duties as assigned by the Director of Basketball
