Job Description
Lipscomb Academy is seeking qualified and motivated Assistant Girls Basketball Coach for its high school program. General duties of this coaching position: Help plan and lead practices Work with individual players or small groups to improve skills Help prepare for games by reviewing opponents and team strategy Assist during games with substitutions, communication, stats, and encouraging players Support team rules, expectations, and good sportsmanship Help with team needs such as equipment, warm-ups, travel, and paperwork Be reliable, positive, and a team player Show professionalism at all times and build strong, positive relationships with players, coaches, parents, and the community Support a Christ-centered team culture focused on service and aligned with the mission and values of Lipscomb Academy
