Ensworth Swim School is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Swim Coach to lead and support our Pre TAG program —our highest-level group within the swim school. Pre TAG is a pre-competitive training group for swimmers ages 4 to 10 are preparing for year round swimming. This is an exciting opportunity to coach motivated young swimmers in a technique-focused environment, working closely with the Ensworth Aquatics year-round team to support long-term athlete development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and/or assist Pre TAG practices Monday-Thursday afternoons Provide a structured and positive practice environment focused on stroke development, aerobic training, and race preparedness Track swimmer progress and provide feedback to athletes and parents Attend and coach at Saturday Splash swim meets as scheduled (3-4 hosted each year) Collaborate with Director of Swim School & Ensworth Aquatics Head Age Group Coach to identify athletes ready to transition to the year-round team (promotions occur 2x/year) Uphold and model Ensworth Swim School's values of safety, excellence, and growth

Qualifications:

Prior experience working with young swimmers in a teaching or coaching role Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and connect with swimmers ages 4-10. Willingness to become a USA Swimming certified swim coach. Lifeguard certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain Availability to consistently attend swim practices each week. Why Join Us?
