Trinity Christian Academy is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable employee to join our community who meets the following criteria: Has a desire to work in a private, Christian, independent, conservative, evangelical college preparatory school Must be a spiritually mature and sensitive individual who is active in their local Christian church whose beliefs are in alignment with TCA's Mission Statement and understands, supports and carries out the mission, philosophy, passion and core values of Trinity Christian Academy and is committed to seeing these Biblical truths become a reality in the lives of our students Exhibits the highest Christian virtue and personal decorum, serving as a Christian role model (1 Timothy 4:12) both in and out of school (Luke 6:40) and as an example to parents and fellow employees in judgment, dignity, respect, and Christian living Has a passion for their areas of specialty, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with parents, alumni and our TCA community Welcomes the opportunity to disciple and mentor students, helping develop godly character in their lives We are looking for a dedicated coach and Christ follower to be a Middle School Girls Soccer Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is from November 2026-January 2027. TCA's Athletic Department utilizes sports and competition to teach transformational, life-giving biblical truths to each student-athlete. As a coach at TCA you will not only help student athletes improve their athletic ability, you will remind them of the importance of academics, instill a Christian work ethic (Col. 3:23) and help strengthen their faith in Christ. General Responsibilities Plan, organize and attend Middle School Girls Soccer practices during the regular season Document and plan weekly Biblical character lessons Attend all Middle School Girls Soccer games Responsible for soccer tryouts for Middle School girls Manage miscellaneous items Organize and run parent meetings Communicate with parents on a weekly basis (scheduling, updates etc.) Ability to motivate and improve performance of athletes Demonstrate the fruits of the spirit (Gal. 5:22-23) in daily work, and interactions with students and colleagues Qualifications A strong commitment to the positive development of the soccer program at TCA Ability to instill teamwork and community within a group of athletes pointing them to Christ Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working with Junior Varsity athletes in soccer Knowledge of the sport of soccer Ability to build a good rapport with students and parents Have a willing heart for service (Ephesians 6:7) Agree with and support TCA's Doctrinal, Biblical and Mission statements and Christian values Physical, Mental and Environmental Requirements Eye-hand, mind-eye coordination, physical dexterity Ability to bend, stoop, squat, jump and run Normal physical demands of coaching Night and weekend hours required
