The Role As an Assistant Coach at a Starting Strength Gym, you'll spend the bulk of your time doing what you love—coaching. Here's what you'll do: Assist in leading small group training sessions: Coach groups with a max 1:6 coach:trainee ratio, providing individualized attention to ensure proper form and progress.

Assist in designing personalized programs:

Create tailored training programs using the Starting Strength method, guaranteeing continuous, measurable strength gains.
