Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide gymnastics coaching and instruction to students of various ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement lesson plans and training programs
• Teach proper techniques, form, and safety procedures
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
• Assist with organizing and coordinating gymnastics events and competitions
• Ensure the gym area is clean, safe, and well-maintained

Experience:

• Previous experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity
• Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and equipment
• Familiarity with behavior management strategies for working with children
• Ability to demonstrate and teach skills such as climbing, swimming, and martial arts (karate, cheerleading, judo)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Note:

While not all of the mentioned skills are directly related to gymnastics coaching, they can be valuable assets in working with students in a sports coaching or childcare setting.
