What the role looks like:

2 practices per week (4 hours total on-field) 4-5 Local tournaments throughout the season Flexible scheduling built around coach availability Opportunity to coach additional teams for extra pay Compensation (on-field hours):

Head Coach:

$28-$40/hr based on experience

Assistant Coach:

$20-$22/hr based on experience Paid monthly Who we're looking for: Played at the high school, collegiate, or professional level, and/or Prior coaching experience at the select or high school level Invested in player development, not just wins Looking to grow within an organization
