Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance players' skills, strategies, and physical conditioning. Lead team practices, games, and tournaments with energy, motivation, and a focus on teamwork and sportsmanship. Recruit talented student-athletes by promoting the program within the community and engaging with local schools. Excellent communication skills for engaging with players, parents, staff, and community members. Knowledge of baseball principles and training techniques relevant to baseball. Ability to incorporate drills that develop both individual skills like batting or pitching and team strategies. Experience working with players of diverse backgrounds while promoting an inclusive environment. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to maintain discipline during practices and games.
