Job Description

Overview This role works directly alongside the Director of Instruction to support daily academy operations while developing toward a future leadership position. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations, basic administrative tasks, scheduling, billing, reporting, social media/content support, and assisting with member and junior programming. This is a professional growth role designed for someone who wants to learn both coaching and the business side of running an academy built from the ground up. You will learn within a structured player development system and work alongside a Director of Instruction with PGA Tour playing experience and a background as a former NCAA coach. Compensation includes a base salary of $40,000-$50,000 (depending on experience and responsibilities) plus performance-based incentives and program growth opportunities. Total anticipated compensation range (including incentives) is approximately $80,000-$120,000 depending on performance and scope of responsibility.
Experience Required Preferred qualifications:
  • 3+ years teaching/coaching experience
  • Strong communication with players and parents; able to run junior sessions
  • Organized and comfortable with scheduling/CRM basics
  • Basic social media execution (posting/clipping content)
  • PGA membership preferred (not required); familiar with video/tech tools preferred Essential Responsibilities Key responsibilities include:
  • Teach private lessons and group programs
  • Run junior development sessions and communicate with parents
  • Capture lesson content and support basic social media updates
  • Maintain scheduling/CRM basics and support day-to-day operations
