Emergency Medical Services Job Summary Provide instruction in designated EMS programs while ensuring completion of program goals and objectives. Use current skills and knowledge to promote student learning and active participation while preparing students for the First Responder world. May be subject to criminal background check. Resume required in addition to application. Required Education Current Texas DSHS Certified Paramedic; current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification; current CPR for Healthcare Provider. Required Skills & Abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills. Exhibition of respect and professionalism in a spirit of collegiality. Microsoft Office proficient. Ability to promote an effective environment for learning in lecture and lab experiences. Required Experience 3 years of 911/emergency service experience; Computer skills, PowerPoint, Internet, MS Word, E-mail; excellent communication skills Special Instructions to Applicants Subject to criminal background check. Employees must reside in Texas or Oklahoma. Resume Successful candidate must provide letters of work experience as well.
