The ideal candidate will support the head coach in developing athletes' skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive sports environment. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sports and education, with some experience in various athletic disciplines. Responsibilities Coaching students- boys and girls-range between 3 and 11 years old. Assist the head coach in planning and conducting training sessions for students. Educate students on techniques and strategies in sports such as soccer. Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their performance. Help organize and supervise practices, and trainin. Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude among team members. Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are safe and ready for use. Skills Some background in sports is preferred. Experience in teaching physical education or coaching sports is preferred. Ability to educate and motivate students of varying skill levels. CPR certification is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback. A passion for sports coaching with a commitment to the job. Ability to climb or perform physical activities related to coaching duties.
