Monday-Thursday, 1 PM-4 PM (Flexible day selection available) About Us I Adore Athletics is a Houston-based youth sports organization offering cheer, dance, step, pickleball, volleyball, and more. For over four years, we've focused on child development through quality coaching, confidence-building, and leadership-based training. Position Overview We're hiring energetic, part-time Cheer Coaches for our Summer program. Coaches work with children ages 4-11, teaching cheer fundamentals, motions, chants, and fun routines. Our program is recreational and non-competitive, but we emphasize strong technique, teamwork, and spirit. Responsibilities Lead cheer practices and teach age-appropriate skills and routines Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment Provide constructive feedback to help students grow Promote teamwork, discipline, and creativity Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of cheer fundamentals and choreography Experience working with children (preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to motivate and engage young athletes Reliable transportation Energetic, professional, and dependable
