Gymnastics & Acrobatics Coach MC Dance | Where Passion Meets Discipline +please include your gymnastics/acro/dance resume MC Dance is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dependable Gymnastics & Acrobatics Coach to join our growing team! We are looking for a long-term team member who is passionate about developing athletes from preschool through age 18 in both recreational and competitive programs. This is more than a coaching position — it's an opportunity to impact dancers' confidence, strength, and growth in a positive, high-energy environment. Position Overview The Gymnastics & Acrobatics Coach will: Teach preschool through teen athletes (ages 3-18) Work with both recreational and competitive dancers Provide safe and proper spotting for skills including: Aerials, Step-outs, Back handsprings, Walkovers, Front and back tumbling passes, Other advanced acrobatic skills Develop strength, flexibility, and technical foundations Maintain a safe, structured, and encouraging class atmosphere Required Skills & Qualifications Strong spotting ability for aerials, back handsprings, and advanced tumbling Experience teaching multiple age levels Ability to safely progress athletes through skill levels Strong classroom management skills Positive, motivating coaching style Evening availability (primarily 3:30 PM
- 9:00 PM) Sunday afternoon availability preferred Commitment to long-term employment Preferred (But Not Required) Acrobatic Arts certification or familiarity with Acrobatic Arts curriculum Experience coaching competitive dancers Choreography experience for gymnastics/acro routines Background in both gymnastics and dance Additional Opportunities This position offers exciting growth potential: Private lesson opportunities Master classes (bonus pay) Gymnastics/Acro camps (bonus pay) Routine choreography for end of year show Collaboration with competitive dance coaches Who We Are•MC Dance Values At MC Dance, we believe in developing not just strong athletes, but strong individuals.

Schedule Primary Hours:
3:30 PM- 9:00 PM (Evenings) 1
