Job Title Third Assistant Track & Field Coach Department LEVL - Athletics Employment Status PT Part-Time Full Time/Part Time Part Time Benefits No Months per Year 10 Job Description SUMMARY Serve as third Assistant Track & Field and Cross Country Coach.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coaching Athlete Management Administrative Assistance Recruiting Grade Counseling Tracking Organize equipment and manage equipment care Conducting grade checks Facility management Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.), in an appropriate field, from a four-year college or university. Master's degree preferred. Experience and background in one of the following: coaching track & field at the college level, competitive experience at the collegiate level, or 2+ years coaching at the high school or youth level.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
