A Swim Coach is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members.

Year-Round, Part-time positions offer 10 - 30 hours per week Fixed scheduling that works around your school and/or extracurricular activities Competitive pay (plus daily and weekly bonuses!) and performance evaluations each quarter along with merit raises 2 mental health days per year for all employees $250 bonus for every 4 months worked! Swim Teacher Responsibilities and Duties Teaching children swim lessons every 30 minutes Engaging with Children and Families in the joy of learningswimming Smiling and having fun Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents Abiding by our Aqua-Tots Core Values (see below) The Swim Instructor position requires a person to have the passion and patience to change the lives of the children they teach! Though swim experience or lifeguarding is a plus, people with the right personality with a positive attitude are ALL welcome to apply as we provide terrific training!
