Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soccer Coach to join our club. The ideal candidate will have a background in soccer and a strong desire to educate and inspire young athletes. We have both entry level and experienced level positions available. We are looking to fill positions for 4v4 academy coaches. We also have a position open for an older team for the right candidate. We are a heavy skills focused program, experience or willingness to learn how to coach with a focus in the technical space is required. We will only consider candidates that have another full time job. This is for someone interested in coaching soccer but starting out has minimal hours and won't be enough to be a steady source of income.

Duties:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate training sessions for soccer players
• Teach fundamental soccer skills, strategies, and techniques
• Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their performance
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among players
• Plan and organize team practices and game schedules
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and games

Qualifications:

• Previous experience coaching soccer or playing at a competitive level
• Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage behavior and motivate players This position offers the opportunity to work with enthusiastic young athletes in a dynamic sports environment.
