Job Description
We are looking for fun, friendly, outgoing instructors who are enthusiastic about helping children 4 months to 12 years old learn water safety skills. No experience required! We have a friendly and tight-knit work environment at our indoor pool location, flexible and guaranteed hours, consistent scheduling, and year-round positions. All of our instructors are paid during training as we teach you how to proficiently and confidently teach our top-notch curriculum. Aqua-Tots Water Safety Instructor (AT-WSI) job responsibilities and requirements are as follows: Experience working with children (examples include sports coach, camp counselor, or similar experience) Excellent communication skills in order to relate well to children, parents, and other team members. Maintain a current AT-WSI Certification within Aqua-Tots Swim Schools (obtained during initial paid training) Maintain a standard first-aid with CPR and AED (following employment) Previous swim instruction, lifeguard, aquatics, or swim coach experience is a plus but not required We can't wait to meet you! Pay rate per hour will vary depending on previous experience. This position
