Barcelona Premier Soccer Club (BPSC) is a year-round youth soccer academy in San Antonio, coaching players ages 4-17 with the Spanish Tiki Taka methodology. We're building a funded path from Assistant Coach to Site Coordinator — most coaches move up within 6-9 months. Location Multiple San Antonio branches available — we'll ask which locations work best for you. Must currently live in the San Antonio area (no relocation or long-distance commuting supported). Schedule (Required) Weekday evenings , Mon-Thu, 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM (2+ days/week) Saturdays during game seasons Pay & Growth Path Assistant Coach (Apprenticeship): $12/hr — no license required. BPSC funds your USSF Grassroots License; typical promotion to Academy Coach in 6-9 months.

Academy Coach:

$15/hr — USSF Grassroots/Basic License + experience

Head Coach:

$18-20/hr — USSF D License required Leadership Track continues to Site Coordinator

•Hourly rate will be fixed based on skills, experience and coaching licenses.
