About Birdie Central Birdie Central is a premier 24/7 indoor golf club dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for members and guests of all skill levels. We're passionate about growing the game and building a welcoming community around golf. Role Overview We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Club Instructor to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key part of our member experience — leading clinics, delivering personalized instruction, and representing Birdie Central with professionalism on and off the course. Key Responsibilities Run Golf Clinics — Plan, organize, and lead group clinics for members and guests across all skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced programs. Member & Guest Instruction — Provide one-on-one and group lessons, offering personalized coaching to help players improve their game and enjoy their time at the club. Club Presence — Maintain a visible, approachable presence at the clubhouse; assist members and guests with questions, equipment recommendations, and course guidance. Program Development — Contribute ideas for new instructional programs, events, and initiatives that drive engagement and grow membership. Junior & Special Programs — Support youth golf development and any specialty programs offered at the club. Safety & Standards — Uphold all club rules, safety standards, and professional conduct expectations at all times. Collaboration — Work closely with club management and staff to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for all members and guests. Qualifications
PGA/LPGA
membership or active candidacy preferred Proven experience in golf instruction or coaching Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak golf season hours Passion for the game and commitment to growing it at all levels Why Join Birdie Central?
