Job Description

Women's Gymnastics Competitive Team Assistant Coach - Full-Time Fun & Fitness Gymnastics is seeking an experienced and motivated Women's Team Assistant Coach to join our competitive program. This is a full-time position for a coach who is passionate about athlete development, teamwork, and helping gymnasts reach their highest potential.
Position Details:
Full-time position averaging approximately 40 hours per week Assist with coaching and managing the Women's Competitive Team Develop athletes' skills, strength, flexibility, confidence, and competition readiness Assist with lesson planning, routines, skill progressions, and athlete evaluations Attend competitions, team events, and scheduled meetings Work closely with the head coach and other coaching staff Maintain professional communication with athletes, parents, and staff Help provide a safe, structured, positive, and motivating team environment
Additional Compensation and Opportunities:

Qualifications:
Previous experience coaching women's competitive gymnastics required Strong knowledge of proper progressions, spotting techniques, and athlete development Ability to work effectively as part of a coaching team Dependable, organized, energetic, and professional Strong leadership and communication skills Availability for afternoon/evening practices, weekends, travel, and competitions USAG membership, certifications, and background screening preferred or must be obtained We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about athletes, works well with others, and wants to grow with our program.
