The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and experience working with students of various ages and skill levels. This role involves teaching gymnastics skills, promoting physical fitness, and fostering a positive environment for all participants. The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for following training programs that enhance the athletes' skills while ensuring their safety and well-being. Duties

• Instruct students in various gymnastics techniques, including floor routines, vaulting, balance beam, and uneven bars.
• Develop and implement training plans tailored to the individual needs of students.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Ensure a safe training environment by enforcing safety protocols and guidelines.
• Organize and lead warm-up exercises to prepare students for practice.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding progress and any concerns.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement.
• Assist in organizing gymnastics events, competitions, or showcases. Experience
• Previous experience as a gymnastics coach or instructor is preferred.
• Background in gymnastics or coaching is highly desired.
• Skills in related areas such as cheerleading, dance or tumbling are helpful.
• Experience working with children or youth in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate students are essential.
