In this role, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to students of all ages, fostering a safe and enjoyable learning environment that promotes water safety and confidence. Responsibilities Conduct swimming lessons for individuals of various ages and skill levels. Implement fun and engaging teaching methods to promote water safety and swimming proficiency. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Maintain a safe and supportive environment during lessons, ensuring the well-being of all participants. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any areas for improvement. Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance the overall learning experience. Requirements Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching is highly desirable. Current lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain certification is required. Strong communication skills to effectively educate students and engage with parents. Ability to create a positive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation. Experience working with students in an educational setting is a plus. Job Type:

Part-time Familiarity with health club or gym environments is a plus for understanding fitness fundamentals related to swimming training. Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude that motivates learners of all levels. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods during lessons and safety checks. Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 8.0 per week
