This is not a passive management role. This is a player-coach position where you are expected to produce at a high level while managing and managing a small team of SDRs . This is a high-activity, outbound environment where your success—and your team's success—is directly tied to execution, consistency, and accountability. If you thrive on competition, numbers, and winning the day—and you believe you can outwork and outproduce your team while making them better —you'll do very well here. This is a phone-heavy, activity-driven role. You'll be on the front lines making outbound calls, setting qualified appointments, and working closely with your team to ensure those appointments show and close.
What This Role Is:
60+ outbound calls every day — non-negotiable (you lead from the front) This role will be responsible for our B2B prospecting in addition to B2C Setting qualified appointments for field reps Managing SDRs and holding them accountable to activity and results Coaching live calls, objection handling, and booking quality Rehashing leads, working aged data, and maintaining pipeline discipline Finding new lists for the team to call on Building and improving scripts, cadences, and outbound strategy Owning team metrics: calls, sets, sit rate, and close rate Tight coordination with field reps to ensure appointments show and close How You Get Paid Base salary of $45,000 Per qualified appointment set Per held appointment + per closed deal Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities What that means: Higher output (you + your team) = higher earnings (no ceiling mentality) Top performers will push well beyond $80K+ Who Thrives Here Competitive, goal-driven individuals who like tracking score daily Experience managing SDRs or inside sales teams Experience building or improving outbound sales programs Comfortable making high-volume cold calls daily Strong coaching ability—can actually improve rep performance Clear, confident, and professional communication skills Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills Comfortable being held accountable to individual and team metrics Must be able to work on-site in Lindon, UT (this is not a remote position) Who This Is NOT For Managers who don't want to make calls People looking for a low-call, low-pressure role Candidates who prefer strategy without execution Anyone uncomfortable being measured by daily performance metrics Low-energy or low-urgency individuals What You Get Clear path to $80K+ with upside into six figures Opportunity to build and scale your own SDR team Training, scripts, and systems to execute A fast-paced, competitive environment Real opportunity to grow into senior leadership as the company scales Join EverLights as a Player-Coach SDR Manager and take ownership of both your number and your team's performance.
