Job Description

AAG has a legacy of success and respect for all students/athletes. AAG has assembled and developed a nationally recognized gymnastics program with well over 100 combined years and experience of coaching hundreds of State Champions, Regional Champions, and National Champions, qualifying athletes onto JO National Teams, qualifying athletes to the Jr Elite program, and placing over 85 athletes (Women and Men) to D1 university programs. We are seeking a leader who is excited to build on this legacy while guiding the next generation of competitive gymnasts!
Professional Responsibilities:
Strengthen and expand the presence of our Optional Women's Gymnastics Program. Managing the successful direction with continued development of our entire Women's Competitive Teams (Developmental, Compulsory, thru to Optional Athletes) Offering mentorship and support to our entire competitive coaching staff. Maintain robust, professional communication with the families of competitive athletes. Eagerly supporting increasing team enrollments and improving athlete retention. Ability to collaborate, maintain, and expound upon a model for assessing, measuring, and developing the skills, behaviors, and expertise of individual athletes, Ideal Candidate Looking forward to a candidate who uses positive reinforcement for successful progressions and collaboration with Coaching Staff for athletes' success. A minimum of 5 years of competitive coaching experience at the Xcel and Optional levels. Possess a strong technical understanding of skill progressions and well-versed with foundational elements to build upon.. Demonstrate leadership ability and professional communication proficiency. Exhibit a growth-oriented mindset and a commitment to teamwork. MUST be able to pass a Background Check.
