Open Until Filled Job Summary This position will assist in the development and support of student-athletes within BYU's highly competitive gymnastics program. This position works closely with the head and assistant coaches to plan and lead practices, provide technical instruction, and ensure athlete safety through proper spotting and equipment use. The assistant coach will play an active role in preparing athletes for competition, fostering a positive team culture, and supporting student-athletes in their athletic, academic, and personal growth. In alignment with BYU values and NCAA regulations, this role contributes to the overall success and integrity of BYU's gymnastics program. Required:
Bachelor's degree (must have required degree by start date) At least one year experience with collegiate gymnastics Willingness to uphold and live by the university's Honor Code All new employees who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be required to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend, which may be verified during the application process.
Preferred:
Two or more years of experience with collegiate gymnastics Documents Required at the
