Job Description

Experience:
MUST HAVE PRIOR COACHING EXPERIENCE!
Responsibilities:
  • Instruct tumbling/or and gymnastics classes for various age groups and skill levels
  • Provide feedback and guidance to athletes to improve their techniques
  • Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions
Skills:
  • Proficiency in behavior management techniques to effectively handle diverse groups of gymnasts
  • Ability to teach and coach various levels of tumbling and gymnastics skills with proper form and technique.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a gymnastics setting
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Patience and encouragement to motivate gymnasts to achieve their full potential
