Job Description

Randolph-Macon College invites applications and nominations for the 12-month intern position of Assistant Men's Basketball Coach- Intern. Randolph-Macon plays in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, which has an automatic qualifier to the NCAA Division III Tournament. Responsibilities The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach and current full-time Assistant Coach in all aspects of running a successful program to include practice and game day preparation, helping develop student-athletes, recruiting, scouting and campus visits. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and previous competitive playing experience at the college level required; previous coaching experience preferred. Applicants should be familiar and comfortable with the philosophy of education at a selective liberal arts college and with the Division III philosophy of athletics.
