Job Description

MAJOR DUTIES

The assistant baseball Coach is responsible for creating and implementing positive program development. The coach must demonstrate strong leadership in player and staff development, sportsmanship, integrity, and character development. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills. They must demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the skills and strategies of the baseball program as it pertains to interscholastic athletics in Virginia. This is a non-teaching coaching position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have successful experience as a coach.

Must be able to implement a training program. Must possess leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with administrators, parents, and students.
