We're looking for energetic, dependable Coaches to create a positive experience for our athletes and families during the Fall 2026 flag football season in Chantilly/South Riding (Dulles South) . If you enjoy working with kids, teaching the game, and bringing positive energy to the field, we'd love to meet you. Position Details This posting is for coaching opportunities in Chantilly/South Riding (Dulles South) . Schedules, specific work sites, and assignments will be discussed during the interview process based on your availability and program needs. Additional coaching and program opportunities beyond weekend leagues may also be available. What You'll Do Lead youth flag football practices, games, and skill-development activities Teach football fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship Encourage participation and help players build confidence Create a fun, safe, and positive learning environment Communicate professionally with parents, players, and fellow staff Assist with field setup, equipment management, and game-day operations Serve as a positive role model for young athletes What We're Looking For Enthusiasm, energy, and dependability Strong communication and customer service skills Comfort working with children and families Organization and adaptability in a busy sports environment A positive, team-oriented attitude A passion for helping young athletes grow Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to assigned work locations Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Access to a cell phone, email, and the internet Commitment to your agreed-upon schedule throughout the season Preferred Qualifications Experience coaching sports or working with youth athletes Experience playing football Knowledge of flag football rules Customer service experience CPR/First Aid certification Why Join Flag Star Football?
