We're looking for an experienced Competitive Team Coach to join our coaching family. We're looking for someone who: Has significant competitive gymnastics experience or previous competitive coaching experience. Is passionate about helping athletes reach their potential while building confidence and character. Has a growth mindset and is always looking to learn, improve, and elevate their coaching. Pays close attention to detail and understands that excellence is built through consistency. Communicates positively with athletes, families, and teammates. Is dependable, professional, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Believes that great teams are built through collaboration, encouragement, and accountability.
