Job Description
This position involves planning and leading safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes for participants of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. The instructor provides instruction, demonstrations, motivation, and appropriate exercise modifications to ensure participant safety, inclusion, and a positive experience while maintaining class control. Responsibilities include monitoring participant activity, responding to safety concerns or emergencies, and ensuring all programs adhere to departmental policies and safety standards.
