Lead Youth Soccer Coach - Fairfax County Play N' Kick is hiring energetic, dependable, and confident Lead Youth Soccer Coaches to work with children throughout Fairfax County, Virginia. This position is a great fit for college students, individuals looking for flexible part-time work, or anyone who enjoys working with children and wants to build leadership and coaching experience.

MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE

One of the biggest benefits of coaching with Play N' Kick is flexibility. Our coaches provide us with their availability, and we schedule their coaching sessions around the times they are available. The 5-20 hours per week range is intentionally broad because every coach chooses a different workload. Some of our coaches prefer to work approximately 5-6 hours per week, while others want as many available sessions as possible and may work 15-20 hours per week. You decide how much you want to work based on your availability. This makes the position especially convenient for college students who need to schedule work around classes, internships, studying, and other commitments.
