The Opportunity:
Mentorship to Full-Time Career We are looking for a passionate coach to join our team ahead of a planned staff transition later this summer. This position begins as a paid, part-time coaching role paired with direct mentorship, advanced education, and hands-on experience . For the right candidate, this role is explicitly designed to transition into a Full-Time Coaching Position by late summer. Inspire & Elevate:
Deliver high-energy coaching, ensuring proper exercise technique, safety, and a world-class member experience.
Design & Deliver:
Create and implement results-driven fitness programs tailored to clients' specific goals, abilities, and preferences. Grow the
Community:
Conduct professional consultations for potential clients and actively bring new, innovative ideas to drive business growth.
Motivate & Connect:
Build strong relationships with members, keeping them motivated, accountable, and excited about their fitness journey. What We're Looking For (Requirements):
Experience:
Previous experience as a Graduate Assistant, Strength Coach, or Personal Trainer.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred.
Credentials:
Certified by a recognized organization (NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM) and CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
Expertise:
Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science, with the ability to scale and adapt movements on the fly.
Availability:
