Position Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for the track program. Plan, organize, and conduct practices, meets, competitions, and appropriate offseason development activities. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among student-athletes. Foster a positive and competitive culture that reflects the mission and values of Roanoke Catholic School. Collaborate with school administration, athletic department staff, parents, and community supporters. Ensure compliance with VISAA, BRAC, and school policies and procedures. Job Requirement Qualifications Minimum of three years of high school, collegiate, or comparable track coaching experience. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes Commitment to the mission of Catholic education. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Successful completion of required background screenings.
